What is Principals L.E.A.D.?
Principals L.E.A.D. is year-long leadership training, individualized coaching, and support for principals. The program is virtual and begins with 2.5 days of strategies and tools needed to begin the year strong. It continues with monthly learning sessions, check-in meetings, and personalized one-on-one coaching led by highly successful previous principals.
